This class is for anyone who has food intolerance or allergies from gluten to dairy to eggs. Living with food allergies or intolerance can really add to your food budget. This course will focus on recipes and planning strategies to help you shop and cook. Students will also learn about  various substitutions to avoid allergens. Learn to cook delicious foods using alternatives to flour, dairy and eggs. You will make baked goods such as muffins, breads, cookies, desserts to take home and enjoy.
