Would you like to learn how to identify some of the ducks and other waterbirds that winter along the Columbia River? Wenatchee Naturalist Susan Ballinger will guide you on this easy-going outing to begin developing your observation skills. During this 2-morning outdoor workshop you will explore a popular waterbird wintering area along the Columbia River. Learn about our regular winter visitors, and about some wayward travelers who occasionally find their way to our unique stretch of the Columbia. Please bring a notebook, pen/pencil, and binoculars. Precise meeting location will be communicated to registered participants.
