 Head south for the evening, learning delicious dishes filled with spices and flavors found in the beautiful southwest. Menu includes: pecan-crusted trout with dijon cream sauce, tequila-lime marinated salmon with ancho chili aioli, spiced pork tenderloin with roasted apples, sweet potato and corn chowder with roasted peppers, sauté of julienned red peppers, squash, broccoli, peas, and yellow peppers, and potato herb flatbread.
